Exchange Policy

Noe Garments will accept  unwashed, unworn, and in sellable condition pieces purchased from NOEGARMENTS.COM for an exchange. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased on this site must first contact us by written email to Customer Service at info@noegarments.com within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange authorization. The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt and original hang tags must still be attached. Please refer to our Exchange Process below for further details. Exchanges can only be made within the same seasonal collection. Credits for future seasons cannot be made.

Unfortunately, Noe Garments does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only policy.

Shipping + handling charges are non-refundable.

Acceptable reasons for an exchange without the added exchange fee, include the following: received incorrect merchandise than what was ordered or a product defect.

** ALL  SALE ITEMS, PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS OR ANY ITEMS DISCOUNTED, PURCHASED ON SALE OR USING A PROMOTION CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

**PLEASE NOTE AT THIS TIME ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES) ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE AND ALL SALES FINAL.

**ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE CUSTOM GARMENT.

Exchange Process:

Noe Garments customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at noeundergarments.com must first e-mail Customer Service info@noegarments.com  within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise.  The merchandise must then be postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving email confirmation from Customer Service regarding exchange. Please include the original sales receipt and order number on outside of package.  The product must be in unwashed, unworn and in unused condition.  Noe Garments reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

**We strongly recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.

Following receiving the exchanged items, customer service will provide you a one time use CREDIT CODE to use within the same season collection on NOEGARMENTS.COM.  You can use this CREDIT CODE to go back in and purchase items on NOEGARMENTS.COM

PLEASE NOTE ONCE A CREDIT IS USED ON NEW MERCHANDISE, THIS MERCHANDISE IS NOT FURTHER EXCHANGEABLE AND CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE.  WE ONLY ACCOMIDATE ONE EXCHANGE PER ORDER.
